She was very helpful, and it didn’t matter what time of day nor what day of the week it was. She would either call me or message me with answers to questions I had. During the application process and throughout the closure, I knew I could depend on her to clarify any issues that came up. I felt that the whole process from start to finish was a very positive experience.
