Phil was amazing from the start. He was reaching out to us weekly, asking if we had any updates on the process, questions or concerns, and just generally looking to help us in any way possible. He answered anything we threw his way and explained things in a detailed manner. He made what is normally a pretty stressful situation (purchasing a house) into something that we never lost sleep over. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage loan officer.
