  • Loan amount must adhere to conforming loan limits.
  • Property must be located in a low- to moderate-income census tract.
  • Eligibility is restricted to select Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs).
  • Homebuyer education required unless waiver requirements are met.
  • Reserves are required.
  • Primary residence only.
  • Full appraisal required.
