MarketingNOW - Manager Approval Form

Your Loan Officer has requested access to MarketingNOW CRM from Nationwide Mortgage Bankers. We're reaching out to let you know about this request as well as to get your approval to proceed.

Terms of use for MarketingNOW CRM powered by Total Expert:

• a monthly fee of $146.65 will be charged to your cost center for access to MarketingNOW.
• Any supplemental charges incurred in MarketingNOW by ordering collateral, printing services, shipping services, SMS, or otherwise will come at the expense of the loan officer. This will be done through charging their credit card on file in the system. They may submit for reimbursement consideration on these charges at their managers discretion.
• Upon termination of MarketingNOW access either during tenure or by way of termination, the loan officer may request an export of your database and an excel file. We will not export any loan data as a part of the export per legal and compliance regulations.
