My experience with Adam was pre nationwide. He made the mortgage experience more than what I needed, barrable, and made it what other institutions made me think would be impossible, pleasant. Any questions I had were answered immediately, his responses were always thorough and given to me in terms I could understand but I found myself not having too many questions because it was all explained to me beforehand. I wish every business could understand customer service the way Adam Simpson and his team do!
