“I am a first-time home buyer and I was actually going to buy a home in 2020 with a different lender but things didnt work out and I decided to put the process on hold for a while. In January of this year I felt like it was the right time to start the process again. Over the years I would here Fellowship Home Loan commercials on my local Christian radio station, 95.1 Bright FM, and I felt led to give them a call instead. My loan officer, William Leck and his assistant Shaye Robinson from the Charleston office were wonderful. William walked me through every step of the process, explained every detail to me, was always available when I needed him and never hesitated to answer any question I had. He discussed ways to structure my loan that fit my financial situation and saved me money in the process. Shaye always reached out to see if I needed anything and when I needed to send her a document she always confirmed with me that she received it. She even took care of communicating with the insurance company to get them what they needed.
