With over 30 years in the mortgage and financial services industry, Jeff brings deep expertise, operational leadership, and a client-first philosophy to every aspect of the business.
Jeff began building his discipline and competitive mindset as a standout athlete, earning All-American honors as an offensive guard at the University of Delaware.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior leadership roles across banking, mortgage, and lending organizations, helping clients navigate complex lending landscapes and expanding access to homeownership and capital solutions as a licensed mortgage loan originator.
Jeff resides in Marco Island, Florida with his business partner, Dr. Debbie Rosen. Together, they share a passion for serving their community and building mission-driven businesses that support those who serve others.
