Ive had the opportunity to work with Michael on several occasions in the past, and my experiences have generally been very positive. Michael has consistently demonstrated attentiveness and a quick response time, which I’ve always appreciated. However, during our most recent interaction, I noticed a shift in the level of responsiveness and communication. While there was still communication, it seemed as though certain details were either omitted or not as clearly explained, requiring further clarification on our part. This was a departure from the seamless experiences I’ve had previously.
Despite this, I believe in providing constructive feedback to foster improvement. I would certainly consider using Michael’s services in the future, but I felt it was important to share my observations to help enhance the service quality. The comparison with previous experiences highlights an area for potential growth, and I hope this feedback will be valuable for Michael to continue refining his approach and maintaining the high standards I’ve come to expect from Michael.
