He was absolutely incredible. My wife and I are first time home buyers and he took the time to walk us through all the steps of buying a house. He reiterated important things to us and made sure we understood all the information he was providing. Norberto was also very easy to reach, even when we had questions at 10pm on a Sunday night. We are unbelivably greatful for his assistance in buying our first house.
