Zachary was there every step of the way throughout the entire process. We were in constant communication, from pre-approval right up to closing. If I had questions (and I had lots of questions) he was always willing to answer. He made us feel that we were a priority. I would often times reach out to him late at night, when a question came to my mind. His reply was always timely. I would say that Zach goes above & beyond for his consumers.
