Christine honestly saved our house. She helped us get our first home (a co-op ) in 2018 when we were only 25 years old. Now, at 33, we were ready to upgrade and buy a house. We made the mistake of leaving Christine and going to Chase because we bank at chase and they offered us a lower interest rate. This was a HUGE mistake. Chase basically made it seem like we were ready to close and then disappeared and then a week later told us they needed things from us that wouldn’t have been possible in time. We would have lost our 10% down and the house for being in breach of contract and Chase didn’t care, but Christine did! Within 24 hours she got us a commitment letter and then we closed 2 weeks later just in time! Christine welcomed us back with open arms, no judgment, and saved the day. She was so kind and honest throughout and she truly cares. She was even able to get our interest rate very close to the one Chase offered. I am now writing this from my new home and couldnt be happier. Christine is an absolute gem and if you want to buy a house and be treated like a person and have someone at a bank who actually has your back, Christine is that person.
