I am lower income and I was worried i wouldnt be able to be approved at all. Not only did Bryan get me approved but got me approved for a much nicer house than i ever thought i could get. With it being just myself and my 2 kids and needing a place to live. Brian was kind and patient, made sure i understood every step and knowing what was going on. He made me feel comfortable and confident and reassured me constantly. I am very impressed in the way he handle every sitituation. I greatly appricate everything he has done for me and my family.
