Gladys is the best at what she does ! Never made me feel like a burden even though I constantly needed questions answered and things explained. She was available every single time I needed her. She put fires out even before I found out about them. She is truly amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone who is patient, professional but also extremely knowledgeable.
