Joe was very clear on the process of getting a mortgage and was there step by step. he was amazing at explaining the who what when where and why or the documents gathering process and time frames. he was great at communicating and being available for quick conversation to answer questions or get back to me shortly and put time aside if a longer conversation was needed. so long story short Joe was great and will recommend him to friends and family who are looking for financing in the future. I give joe a 10 out of 10. if I could give him a 12 out of 10 I would. But looks like I just did!
